Probability and Stochastic Analysis - University of Bonn

Lorenzo Dello Schiavo

I am a Ph.D. student in the Stochastic Analysis research group at IAM. My supervisor is Prof. Dr. Karl-Theodor Sturm.

My research interests include

  • analysis and geometry of metric measure spaces;
  • infinite dimensional stochastic analysis of (compound) Poisson processes;
  • statistical mechanics of discrete systems, with applications to biochemistry and computational biology.

I am currently studying the so-called entropic measure on Riemannian manifolds.
